Hello from Ryokan Sakanoue!
We are always striving to make your stay with us as comfortable and memorable as possible. Today, we are thrilled to share a wonderful update from us.
We have recently replaced the carpets on our main staircases. As you can see in images, we have upgraded to a rich, warm and elegant dark tone that perfectly matches the traditional ambiance of our ryokan. Not only does it look beautifully refreshed, but it also feels incredibly soft and cozy underfoot.
Every little detail matters to us, and we cannot wait for you to experience this soft, new welcome on your next visit to Kyoto.
